The North Shore is blessed with many magnificent places of worship. Whether one visits the impressive North Vancouver home of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim community (generally known as the Ismailis), the adjacent Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, West Vancouver’s United Church with its spectacular pipe organ and choirs, our proudly dogma-free Unitarian Church, or the picturesque St. Francis-in-the-Wood Anglican Church, one encounters vibrant, dedicated, spiritual parishioners. Religious life prospers on the North Shore.
